If the booking on FreeFallFilms does not 'know' that the customer has paid, then it will ask them to pay to unlock their video.
This is mostly likely because:
- The customer paid at reception/manifest after the video processing started
- Something is not syncing correctly from your booking system. (Contact Rob if this happens)
Check that the customer really has paid.Once you have confirmed that the customer has paid.
