Firstly - a quick tour of the FreeFallFilms website.

You'll get an email invite to join your Dropzone.
Once you have set up your account, you'll land on the Bookings page.

Later on, your bookings will appear here. You can add/edit as needed.
To open the settings area, click in the top-right on your dropzone name, then Settings

You'll probably want to add more people to your account.
They can have different access levels - and you don't all need to share a password.

At the least, you should probably have a reception/manifest user which is separate from your main admin account.

Click on Accounts, then View

Click Invite A User

Invite users to join your dropzone.
You can give multiple roles to users, and you can edit these in the future if necessary.
